Upon receiving his degree, Aric built a career as an early childhood music educator in New York City, Western Massachusetts, and the Twin Cities. Aric is the founder of kindie rock band “The Royal Order of Chords and Keys” (R.O.C.K.) and received the New England Public Radio WFCR Arts and Humanities Award for Emerging Talent (2011) for his commitment to the community as a performer and educator in Western Massachusetts. Aric has been at Sarah Jane's Music School since 2015 and rocks out with local families in our Family Rock classes, creating songs and designing curriculum based upon the interests of the kids and families who attend class. Outside of music, Aric works with data in higher education, plays lots of disc golf, enjoys local sports and craft beverages, and loves reciting dad jokes to his family in Richfield, MN.
